WHAT IS HOUSE OF SCULPT?
HOUSE OF SCULPT is a vibrant online Pilates destination that values authenticity above all else. HOUSE OF SCULPT offers a library of Pilates classes ranging from 5-45 minutes so you can indulge in movement whenever you please.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you have created your account here you will be redirected to the platform where you have access to the HOUSE OF SCULPT video library. You can indulge in our carefully curated Weekly Schedule, or select any class from our library that suits your mood.
If you have any class requests or Pilates questions, join our facebook group to connect with our HOUSE OF SCULPT community! Log into your account through our website here.
Do I need equipment?
All you will need for your HOUSE OF SCULPT class is a Mat. No other equipment is necessary. In some workouts other equipment such as mini weights can be used to intensify the workout although they are completely optional. You will still get that SCULPT burn, we promise!
Are your classes pre and post natal safe?
Prenatal: At this stage our classes are not pregnancy safe.
Postnatal: Our classes are safe if you have received clearance from your doctor to return to exercise that includes intense Pilates/exercise without an instructor present.
If I have never done pilates before, can I join?
HOUSE OF SCULPT offers classes suitable for all stages of your Pilates journey. We would recommend starting with our FORM classes if you are new to Pilates.
Will these classes be hard enough for me?
Definitely! We have advanced style classes as well as mini workouts that are great to add onto any workout for a little extra spice!
How do I know what classes to do?
We offer a curated weekly schedule which is a great way to form your forever ritual. If you would like to choose the classes yourself, you have access to our full library to indulge as you please. Check out our CLASSES page here to see what styles are the best fit for you.
Do you have challenges?
We love a challenge! Throughout the year HOUSE OF SCULPT offers multiple challenges to help keep you motivated and connected to your HOUSE OF SCULPT community. You will be notified via email and socials when we are commencing a new challenge. Current challenges are organised on the platform under the ‘CHALLENGE’ tab.

What are the benefits of Pilates?

HOW DO I PAY?
Once you enter your card details when you sign up, you will be automatically billed monthly or annually depending on the membership option you have chosen.
CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME? (INSTRUCTIONS)
If you are on the monthly membership you can cancel anytime. You will have access to the platform for 28 days from your last payment. If you are on an annual membership you will have access to the platform for 1 year and then can cancel anytime.
Log in to your account, click on Account on top right corner of home page to navigate to account page. On the side menu, click on Subscription & Billing.
Click Cancel my subscription. Select or type a reason why you're leaving then click next, or click skip–click cancel my subscription.
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP? (INSTRUCTIONS)
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months. Log in to your account, click on Account on top right corner of home page to navigate to account page. On the side menu, click on Subscription & Billing.Click Pause my subscription. In the pop up window, select a time period to pause for and click save change.
HOW DO I RESUME A PAUSED MEMBERSHIP EARLY?
Log in to your account
Click on Account on top right corner of home page to navigate to account page
On the side menu, click on Subscription & Billing
Click Resume my subscription. In the pop up window, click resume.
CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
To change subscription plan:
Log in to your account
Click on Account on top right corner of home page to navigate to account page
On the side menu, click on Subscription & Billing
Click edit where it says your plan name. In the pop up window, select a new subscription/plan (weekly, monthly etc). Click save changes.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING DETAILS?
Log in to your account
Click on Account on top right corner of home page to navigate to account page
On the side menu, click on Subscription & Billing
Click add new card
In the pop up window, type in new credit card info, click add card.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD DECLINES?
If your card declines, you will be notified via email and the charge will be reissued. After 3 attempts if the card has not been updated by the next billing cycle, your membership will automatically be cancelled.
IS THE MEMBERSHIP REFUNDABLE?
Memberships are not refundable although you can cancel anytime.
Shipping + Returns
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We currently ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping is $12.50 and Express shipping is $15.00.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
The delivery estimate for Standard shipping is 2-7 business days and Express shipping is 1-2 business days. Delivery delays may be experienced due to COVID-19 disruptions.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Our memberships are available in all countries although we only offer Australia wide shipping for our products.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do not offer refunds at this time.
