This 14 day program has minimal chill and is designed to unleash (!!) endorphins, improve endurance, and help you reach your strength and fitness goals. The schedule is a mixture of SCORCH (weight Pilates classes) and targeted core classes. You’ll finish this challenge feeling power-freaking-ful!
WHAT:
14 day, easy to follow schedule including SCORCH and SCULPT classes. These classes will focus on total body strength and endurance.
